Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Delhi

Our representative will greet you at the airport and assist with a smooth check-in at your hotel.

Explore Delhi: Discover the capital city, a blend of modernity and history. Marvel at its multi-lane highways, towering buildings, and bustling commercial centers. At the same time, appreciate the rich history and architectural wonders from various dynasties that have shaped the city.

Overnight will be at Delhi.

Day 2: Sightseeing tour of Delhi

Breakfast at the hotel.

Start with a guided tour of Old Delhi.

Raj Ghat: Visit the serene memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, featuring a simple black platform with an eternal flame.

Red Fort: Explore this grand fort built by Shah Jahan in 1639, a symbol of Mughal grandeur and a key landmark where the Prime Minister delivers the Independence Day speech.

Jama Masjid: Admire the largest mosque in Asia, constructed by Shah Jahan between 1644 and 1656, known for its impressive minarets, domes, and arched gateways.

Proceed to explore the New Delhi attractions

India Gate: Pay homage at this war memorial dedicated to soldiers who died in World War I and the Third Anglo-Afghan War. Located on Rajpath, it’s a central spot for Republic Day celebrations.

Parliament House and Rashtrapati Bhavan: See the circular Parliament House where ministers meet, and the Rashtrapati Bhavan, the President’s official residence, with its beautiful Mughal Gardens open to the public in spring.

Qutub Minar: Visit this historic minaret built in 1193 by Qutbuddin Aibak, with contributions from various rulers over the years. Don’t miss the unique iron pillar that has never rusted.

Lotus Temple: Experience the tranquility of this flower-shaped Bahai House of Worship, open to people of all religions and races, offering a peaceful retreat.

After a day full of sightseeing, return to your hotel to rest and rejuvenate.

Day 3: Drive to Agra

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Agra. Agra, set on the banks of the Yamuna, is a bustling tourist hub known for its Mughal-era architectural wonders, lively markets, and rich history. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Later, embark on a sightseeing tour: Taj Mahal: This magnificent white marble mausoleum, built by Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal, is renowned for its intricate designs and carvings. Agra Fort: Located about 2.5 kilometers from the Taj Mahal, this massive red sandstone fort served as the Mughal dynasty’s residence until 1638. Shah Jahan is believed to have spent his final days here, in the Muasamman Burj, with a view of the Taj Mahal. After a day of exploring Agra’s iconic sites, relax at your hotel.

Day 4: Drive to Ranthambhore enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri

After breakfast, drive to Fatehpur Sikri in your comfortable vehicle. Fatehpur Sikri: Built by Akbar, this city served as the Mughal capital for 14 years. Its architectural splendor and Indo-Islamic influences are unmatched. Tomb of Salim Chisti: Admire the stunning white marble façade and intricate carved screens of this tomb, built in honor of the saint who predicted the birth of Akbar’s heir. Buland Darwaza: This grand gateway, built by Akbar to celebrate his victory over Gujarat, is a must-see. Diwan-i-Aam and Diwan-i-Khaas: Explore these halls where Akbar held public hearings and private meetings with his nine ministers, including the famous Birbal. Jodabai’s Palace: Visit the palace of Akbar’s Hindu wife, a popular tourist attraction. Continue to Ranthambhore National Park. Ranthambhore National Park: The largest national park in North India, home to over 500 species of flowers and 270 species of birds. The park’s dry deciduous forests support a diverse wildlife, including tigers, wild boars, nilgai, and sloth bears. Overnight stay at Ranthambhore.

Day 5: Safari in Ranthambhore National Park

The best time for animal spotting is early morning. You’ll be woken up at dawn for a safari to see the animals waking up to the sun. Return to the lodge around 10 a.m. for breakfast. Ranthambhore is renowned for its tiger population, offering a high chance of spotting these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Morning Activities: Relax at the lodge pool or explore the town. One can also visit the temple atop Ranthambhore Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This fort, significant in Rajput history, features a 12th-century temple and offers stunning views from its trails adorned with statues. After lunch, embark on an afternoon safari and return to the lodge by 6 p.m. Overnight stay at Ranthambhore.

Day 6: Journey to Jaipur

Embark on an early morning game drive. Return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast. Later, Set off on a scenic drive to Jaipur. Arrive in Jaipur, the historic land of the Rajput kings, renowned for their valor, integrity, and legendary status in Indian history. Check into your hotel and relax. Explore the iconic Birla Mandir, a stunning white marble temple with three towers representing different approaches to religion. Admire the intricate carvings of gods, goddesses, Christ, and Virgin Mary. Experience the serene evening aarti (lighting of lamps). Stay in Jaipur, the vibrant ‘Pink City’ known for its blend of grand palaces, forts, bustling alleyways, and camel rides, offering a unique mix of the old and new. Enjoy your stay in Jaipur, a city that beautifully encapsulates the grandeur of its past and the vibrancy of its present.

Day 7: Explore Jaipur’s rich heritage and architectural

After breakfast, embark on an elephant ride and excursion to the Amber Fort. Perched on a hilltop, this fort was constructed by Man Singh I in 1592 and completed by Jai Singh I. The interiors are breathtaking, featuring sections like the Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors), Jas Mandir with its decorated ceiling and latticework, and the Shila Devi Temple with its splendid silver carved door. The formidable red sandstone exterior, plastered as a white façade, is awe-inspiring. City Palace: Built by Sawai Jai Singh II, this palace has been the home of Rajasthan royalty since the 18th century. It blends Mughal and Rajasthani architecture and includes various pavilions, temples, gardens, and palaces. The City Palace Museum showcases a wide range of items and souvenirs used by the royals. Jantar Mantar: Constructed by King Jai Singh II, this site is a scientific and astronomical architectural marvel. Walking through this geometric maze will sharpen your intellect and flex your brain cells. Hawa Mahal: Known as the Palace of Winds, this architectural wonder resembles a honeycomb or beehive. Built to allow maximum air circulation during hot summers, this five-storied structure is made of lime and mortar, intricately decorated with delicate designs and latticework. The jharokas (windows) offered privacy for the queens to observe the world outside, making Hawa Mahal a significant historical feat. Evening: You are free to explore the city on your own. Stay in Jaipur.

Day 8: Jaipur – Sanganer Visit & Jhalana Leopard Safari

After breakfast, head to Sanganer or Bagru to witness the traditional crafts of Tie and Dye, Bandhani, Block Printing with wooden blocks, and handmade paper making. Bandhani Art: Bandhani is a highly skilled process involving dyeing fabric tied tightly with thread at several points to create patterns like Leheriya, Mothra, Ekdali, and Shikari. The main colors used are yellow, red, blue, green, and black, resulting in symbols such as dots, squares, waves, and stripes. This art is traditionally carried out by the Khatri community of Kutchh, with intricate designs formed by millions of tiny knots known as “Bheendi.” Afternoon: Proceed for a Jeep safari at Jhalana Safari Park, renowned for its leopard sightings. This 700+ hectare reserve forest area is open for bird watching and jeep safaris. It hosts over 200 bird species and 450+ plant species. Home to around 14-15 leopards, Jhalana is famous for its wildlife diversity, including jungle cats and a wide range of reptiles. The park is often compared to Ranthambhore for its leopard population. Evening: Free time to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 9: Drive back to Delhi

After breakfast proceed to Delhi. Reach and check in to the hotel near the airport. Overnight stay will be at Nepal.

Day 10: Depart from Delhi
